The ROPEX application report provides the basis for all ROPEX sealing systems. It contains all important sealing parameters and connection diagrams for your special application, as well as a list of materials or parts, as well as all supplementary components of your system. RES temperature controller is an ideal heat sealing rod and heat sealing belt. However, they are also suitable for other sealing applications, such as controlling hot air systems. Display and track installation versions are available for selection. The display version is designed to be installed on the operation panel and allows you to enter all relevant sealing parameters directly. The display also shows your current setting and actual temperature. The guide rail installation version is intended to be installed in an electrical cabinet. The temperature controller integrates multiple functions and is connected with the upper computer control system

When CIRUS heat sealing tool is used, ROPEX temperature controller can achieve accurate temperature generation and control. These controllers allow you to generate hundreds of milliseconds of thermal pulse, with temperature dynamic up to 6000 K/s. They use the resistance layer of the sealing tool as a temperature sensor to measure the active temperature of the heating circuit. In addition to the display version, you can define the complete thermal sealing process and input all sealing parameters directly on the unit. The track installation version can also provide interfaces for several different bus systems.

In order to realize your heat sealing application, ROPEX provides many possible options: in addition to a variety of different versions of standard heat sealing grids, if these heat sealing grids cannot meet your heat sealing requirements, we can also customize different heat sealing grids according to your specific requirements. The ROPEX sealing tool can prevent the interference of detergent or corrosive media (IP65 protection, FS technology), especially in the packaging tasks that are critical to the cleaning and sanitation of tools or machines. Whether you choose our standard strips or customized tools, they must be combined with matching strips in your heat sealing application.
