We at ROPEX see ourselves as a supplier of system solutions. When you purchase a ROPEX sealing system, various other system components are also needed in addition to the heat sealing bars and the temperature controllers. These system components are individually dimensioned by our support team and described in detail in the ROPEX Application Report. The ROPEX Application Report provides the foundation for all ROPEX sealing systems. It contains all important sealing parameters and connection diagrams for your particular application as well as a bill of material or parts list for all of your system’s complementary components.
Our system components are developed on the ROPEX premises, and they interact with one another optimally. Absolute reliability and high, repeatable quality are thus guaranteed.

ROPEX offers various possible options for realizing your heat sealing application: in addition to a wide range of standard bars in several different versions, we can also manufacture customized tools tailored to your specific requirements if these bars are not suited for the job. ROPEX sealing tools can be protected against cleaners, for example, or against corrosive or aggressive media (IP65 protection, FS technology), particularly for packaging tasks where tool or machine cleaning and hygiene are paramount. No matter whether you choose our standard bars or customized tools, they must be combined with a matching counter bar in your heat sealing application.
All of our tools – both standard and tailored to your individual requirements – can be supplied as 3D CAD models or with 2D installation drawings on request.

The heat sealing bar is a system component; as such, it must allow your heat sealing application to take place and fit precisely into your machine environment. Our extensive experience and our application team are your guarantee that this is the case. We develop your sealing bar in collaboration with you and perform sealing trials in our test lab using your actual film. The heat sealing bar you acquire from us is designed in 3D and supplied together with all the technical information you need to install it in your machine.

ROPEX temperature controllers are specially designed to enable precise temperature generation and control when using CIRUS heat sealing tools. These controllers allow you to generate heat impulses of just a few hundred milliseconds with temperature dynamics of up to 6000 K/s. They measure the active temperature of the heating line using the resistance layer of the sealing tool as a temperature sensor. In addition to display versions, with which you can define the complete heat sealing process and enter all sealing parameters directly on the unit, rail mounting versions can also be supplied with interfaces for several different bus systems.

RES temperature controllers are ideal for heatsealing bars with a heat sealing band. However, they are equally suitable for other sealing applications, for instance for controlling hot air systems.

Display and rail mounting versions are available. The display version is designed for installation in an operator panel and allows you to enter all relevant sealing parameters directly. The display also shows your current settings plus the actual temperature. The rail mounting version is intended for installation in an electrical cabinet. The temperature controller integrates various functions as well as interfaces to the higher-level machine control system.
