When the automatic machinery suddenly fails to work or the program is out of order, it is necessary to do a good job of fault detection.

Check all switch power supply, air supply and hydraulic supply of mechanical automation. Problems in power supply, air supply and hydraulic supply will often cause automatic mechanical failure. For example, there is a problem in the power supply system, including the fault of the power supply system of the whole production workshop, such as low power supply, damaged fuse, poor contact of the power cord plug, etc; The air pump or hydraulic pump is not opened, the pneumatic triplet or duplex is not opened, and the relief valve or some pressure valves in the hydraulic transmission system are not opened.
The inspection of automatic machinery should include the following aspects: check the power supply, including the power supply system of each machine and equipment and the power supply of the production workshop. Check the air source, including the air pressure source required by the pneumatic equipment. Check the working condition of the hydraulic source, including the hydraulic pump necessary for the automatic mechanical hydraulic device. 2. Check whether the specific position of the sensor of the automatic machine is offset. Due to the negligence of the equipment maintenance and management staff, there may be errors in the position of some sensors, such as not working in place, common faults of sensors, common faults of sensitivity, etc. Always check the specific position and sensitivity of the sensor, and timely adjust the error. If the sensor is damaged, replace it immediately. In addition, because of the vibration of automatic machinery, most sensors are loose in their position after long-term application. Therefore, it is necessary to check whether the specific position of the sensor is correct and stable during routine maintenance.
3. Check that the relay of automatic machinery, flow control valve, pressure control valve relay and magnetic induction sensor are the same, and there will also be ground adhesion after long-term application, which can not ensure the normal control circuit of electrical equipment, and must be replaced. In the pneumatic or hydraulic transmission system, the throttle valve opening and the pressure adjustment of the pressure valve will also be loose or dragged with the vibration of the machine and equipment. These devices are the same as sensors, and they are all parts that need to be well maintained in the automation machinery. 4. Check the connection of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic circuits. If there are no other problems in the above three steps, check all control circuits. Find out if the wire in the power circuit is open, especially if the wire in the trunking is cut by the trunking due to the pull. Check whether the trachea is damaged or not. Check whether the hydraulic oil pipe is blocked. If the bronchus has serious creases, remove and replace it immediately. Replace the same hydraulic oil pipe.
